Started from Missing Home
Edamz began the way most Filipino food businesses abroad do — with a craving. We missed the red hotdogs of childhood birthdays, the smell of longganisa on Sunday mornings, the smoke of BBQ at every handaan.
So we started making them ourselves, at home, the way they should taste. First for family, then for friends, and now for the whole community. Every single pack is homemade in small batches and frozen at its freshest — lutong bahay, always.

Are the products really homemade?
Yes — every pack is made by hand at home in small batches. We mix, marinate, and pack everything ourselves, then freeze it straight away. Nothing is mass-produced.
How should I store my order?
Pop everything straight into your freezer as soon as it arrives. Keep frozen until you're ready to cook, and once defrosted, cook within 24 hours and don't refreeze.
How do I cook them?
Most items go straight from freezer to pan — fry the hotdogs, tocino, longganisa, and tapa over medium heat until cooked through and caramelised. The inasal and BBQ skewers are best defrosted, then grilled or oven-baked, basting as you go.
Do you deliver? Is there a minimum order?
Yes — we deliver locally with everything kept frozen door to door, and collection is always free. A small minimum order applies for delivery; message us and we'll sort out the details.
Can I order for a party or in bulk?
Absolutely — bundle deals for birthdays and handaan are our favourite kind of order. We also offer bulk pricing for resellers. Just message us with your date and headcount.
